Mo’Feed Project In Partnership with the Nigeria Customs Service, Sets New Standard for Humanitarian Collaboration in Akwa Ibom.

A powerful wave of impact has swept across Akwa Ibom State as the Bella Amor Global Aid Foundation, in partnership with the Nigeria Customs Service, successfully concluded the Mo’Feed Project — a large-scale food security and social support outreach.

The large-scale initiative directly impacted over 5,000 beneficiaries, including children, widows, persons living with disabilities, underserved families, and vulnerable youths across seven Local Government Areas. The outreach commenced in Uyo Local Government Area and extended to Mkpat Enin, Esit Eket, Nsit Ubium, Etinan, Essien Udim and concluded in Nsit Atai, ensuring inclusive and statewide coverage.

Beneficiaries and community leaders described the intervention as not only generous but transformative, coming at a time when many households are navigating significant economic strain. Beyond distributing food items, the outreach restored dignity, strengthened hope, and reinforced community solidarity.

The collaboration was executed under the Customs Cares Initiative championed by the Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi. His leadership continues to emphasize meaningful corporate social responsibility and partnerships that deliver measurable community impact. Officers of the Service, including the Comptroller, CSR Unit, M. P. Ibrahim, were commended for their professionalism and hands-on involvement throughout the exercise.

Observers note that Bella Amor Global Aid Foundation is reportedly the first NGO to undertake a partnership of this scale with the Nigeria Customs Service under the current framework — a development widely viewed as a blueprint for future humanitarian collaborations across Nigeria.
