Nigeria Youth Policy Dev. Need Website: Mo’Feed Project- Uyo Local Government Outreach
The Mo’Feed Project commenced its outreach in Uyo Local Government Area, the capital city of Akwa Ibom State, where a large number of vulnerable households were reached. The distribution exercise was carefully coordinated to ensure transparency, fairness, and orderliness.
Widows, persons living with disabilities (PWDs), youth, and school children formed a significant portion of the beneficiaries. The outreach brought immediate relief to families facing economic hardship by providing essential food supplies aimed at improving household food security.
Community leaders and residents expressed profound gratitude for the initiative, noting that the intervention came at a critical time when many families were struggling with rising food costs. The success recorded in Uyo set a strong foundation for the continuation of the Mo’Feed Project across other Local Government Areas.
